When you engage with us as a business customer, supplier or business partner, Reconnaissance Group may disclose the personal data that you have provided to us with a third party that is a necessary relationship for Reconnaissance Group to provide its services. Services could include Microsoft Office365, necessary for general administration and communication. Other third parties include:
Hubspot
Autotask is our customer relationship management software. Hubspot uses Amazon Web Services whose servers are located in Ireland and the USA. HubSpot participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

Smartsheet is our organisation’s online collaboration work platform. Its servers are located in the USA. Smartsheet participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

Dropbox
We utilise Dropbox to share information amongst our team. Files that are added to Dropbox and synced to their servers are encrypted and kept in secure servers located in the USA and the EU. Dropbox participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

Sage
Sage is our accountancy software. Sage does from time to time use service providers outside of the EAA to help them provide services therefore from time to time your information can be transferred outside of the EAA to their group companies or affiliates. All of these Sage group companies are subject to Sage group data protection policies and any transfers made are in accordance with the GDPR requirements.

iWeb
Our GPS tracking solutions server is based in Canada with entities in the US, this is provided by iWeb. iWeb participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. iWeb also complies with the GDPR regulations.

The data is stored on our third party supplier servers located within Europe and the USA as outlined in this statement.
No third party providers have access to your data unless detailed in this statement or specifically required by regulations and law.
Technical measures, such as encryption, are implemented on these devices to protect your information.
How long we keep your personal data
If you are a business customer, supplier or business partner we are required to keep your data for 2 years after the contract finishes, in line with our data retention policy and in accordance with our statutory obligations. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed. Financial information is retained for 7 years in line with statuatory requirements.
How we protect your data
We take the security of your data, and our responsibility to protect it, very seriously. Reconnaissance Group uses a variety of technical, physical and organisational measures to protect your data. For example we utilise access control measures, firewalls, secure servers, secure email platforms and encryption techniques.
What are your rights?
Should you believe that any personal data we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the ability to request to see this information, rectify it or have it deleted.
