Karl joined Reconnaissance Group in late 2023, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in security and protection. As the Operations Manager, he oversees the coordination and implementation of security strategies, ensuring the highest standards of safety for clients.

Before joining Reconnaissance Group, Karl served in the UK armed forces as a Non-Commissioned Officer and crew commander. During his military career, he completed operations in the Middle East and other parts of the world.

After leaving the armed forces in 2019 following almost 8 years of service, Karl transitioned into the security industry, quickly establishing himself as a highly skilled Close Protection Operative. This work has taken him across the UK and the US, where he has provided security for high-profile clients, ensuring their safety.

Karl’s dedication to continuous improvement is evident in his commitment to professional development. He has completed a HM Forces apprenticeship in engineering, specialising in tracked vehicles and Gunnery, equipping him with a strong technical background.
