Malidza’s joined Reconnaissance in July 2018 as a Sites Assistant within the Sites team, coordinating multifunctional teams to streamline operations. In December 2020, Malidza was promoted to Customer Success Representative for the Commercial team, working closely with clients to support them in achieving their goals through the optimisation of our products and services and building long lasting relationships.

Having cultivated experience in administration, refined her interpersonal skillset and Malidza’s fluency in 3 languages, it is no surprise that the quality of service Malidza provides to our clients is exceptional.

During her time within the United States Government, Malidza was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for her tremendous work acting as a liaison for the technical support team, again engaging directly with clients to support their needs.

Malidza holds a Diploma in Administrative Studies and has a passion for learning which she hopes to build upon over the coming years.
